Kitties, Puppies, and… Terrorists?
Hey, but we still have plenty of older PMs. We told you melt was a pet hater. Now we back it up. Melt has been banned, (Public reason: TOS violation. Private Reason: for harassing emalls), so we don’t know how that happened or how her pal Kimmer turned against her. But anyway, it seems Kimmer does like the puppies and kitties, but wouldn’t spend any of her hard earned paypal riches on their health care or dietary needs. Also, is this PM where the “terrorist” reference was born?

I’ll probably get banned for sending this to you. I just had to vent. I’m not a pet person, never understood how folks can spend more on health care for their pets than some folks have health care for themselves and their families. It’s unreal.

PS – Real terrorists concern me, the anti-Kimmer are almost laughable. It’s Junior High all over again.
So I guess one of the charities you anonymously give money to isn’t the SPCA? And yes, raising funds to save a dogs life is much more ridiculous that having a fund raiser for your invisible, non-existent foster boys. Some people think of their pets as family members, and are not narcissistic enough to just toss fluffy in the dumpster when she might get sick or hurt…
Also, I hope this exchange proves to everyone that Kimmer is not melt. It took place before they were aware that we had PM access, so it isn’t a plant. Also, we are not totally convinced that melt hasn’t been given access under a new ID, (why ban someone so close to your own personality?) so remaining members, be on the lookout for rude, pet hating, America bashing, newbies. We really hope melt comes back and hope Kimmer will at least think about unbanning her.
(Note to Tippy: Even Kimmer doesn’t think we are real terrorists, and she is more concerned about them, yet we never see any of you worrying about them, just us – who care about exposing lies and protecting people’s health and welfare from fraud.)

Yeah, that’s too bad about melt. This is a response to Vandy J and Tracy over at KK. Don’t know if they come here but thanks for letting me have my say: There are a lot of people who are having knee jerk reactions, but I guess that’s understandable. I would be upset if someone were lifting my posts and placing them somewhere else. The thing is, people are afraid of responding honestly to some of the posts, that they might get banned. So they respond in another forum where they know they are free to express themselves and of course would post copies of the message they are responding to so people would know what they are talking about.
It just seems odd to me how many at kk are going on about being adults and making their own choices for their bodies that people need to get informed, hey I’m all for that. But, then when it comes to being able to make your own decision regarding all the “houpla” well, we can’t be trusted to see all the info.
The smart thing to have done, when all of this started is to have a ’sticky’ with all the concerns expressed and questions answered then when someone raises the same question they can be directed to the sticky…isn’t that what they are for? OH and of course for Kimmer to come forward and show who she really is.
I agree that there are some on the antikimmer side who are making unnecessary remarks that are not helping the fight. I also believe there are many good people on KK side who really have no clue about what is going on or really trust in KK and want to stand by her that’s fined too.
Hey Kimmer if you are on the up and up why not put the links to the anti-k sites up for all to see…let everyone make up their own mind instead of being ban happy. If you think a thread is getting out of hand..lock it, don’t delete the whole thing. Have a thread dedicated to comments on the controversy for those who want to express themselves and if you don’t like the comments…don’t go read them..if you don’t care for the drama…don’t go to the links…just as it’s been pointed out by many that no one should tell them how to live their life or what to think…they need to extend the same courtesy to others. So much of what is going on on the outside is a response to what is going on on the inside.
If you don’t care for the comment, don’t respond with rude comment, just leave it alone otherwise you are fanning the flames you claim you want to put out.

I usually agree with your commentary, but the part that villainizes her because she doesn’t make a demigod out of animals is wrong.
While I’d never stand idly by and watch someone abuse an animal and would never turn a blind eye to an animal being neglected, I won’t spend money on them either.
You won’t see me giving my money to the SPCA either.
I share her disbelief at how people spend so much money on animals.
I’m not mean, nor am I a pet hater.
I just believe that humans are more important to save than animals.

I would say ABSOLUTELY she is still there – or – she was a plant. With her personality, if she had been banned after being there for such a short time, she would be onboard with the rest of us – demanding her money back – expressing her opinions everywhere – and trashing Kimmens to everyone who would listen. Something just isn’t quite right with her presence on that board.

The reason Heidi/Kimmer and Melt dont’ get spending money on animals is cause they’ve never actually LOVED an animal. Period.
When you love a person or an animal, you’re willing to spend money on them. Period. If you don’t love a person or an animal, you tend not to spend on their well-being.
I”m not even talking stupid trinkets. I’m talking health care. I would have sold my hous to save my mother’s life. I wouldn’t sell it to save yours, sorry. I don’t love you THAT much.
Same with animals. I didn’t understand until I had a pet as an adult. By accident. I have horrible, crippling allergies that forced me to quit working. So, I’ve never been able to have pets. But one day, I found hamster on the lawn, and me and hubby rescued it so cats wouldn’t kill it. No one around was missing one, so we kept it.
Well, when that silly little hamster got sick two years later, my hubby was out there in the city looking for an all-night animal hospital. Yes, for a HAMSTER.
That may make Melt and Heidi laugh, but once your affections are engaged–and one actually has to NOT be a sociopath or something to have emotions that can be engaged, ie to love–you don’t think it’s funny. You think it’s the most natural thing in the world to spend money to save a little critter.
And when that little critter dies in your hands, you cry.
To me, if anyone has an inability to understand why some people splurge on animals, it’s cause they either never had a chance to really care for a creature as a pet or “family member”, or they simply have an inability or a very limited ability to love.
I am not surprised the Melt and Heidi, known for their viciousness to a lot of people publicly are too hard-hearted to comprehend loving an animal.
I may not be able to have pets freely, but I’ve had friends who had dogs and cats who became dear to their hearts. I SEE how they can love a pooch or a kitty or a horse or a pig. It’s not silly. It means they have tender hearts. I’d much rather be like THEM, and be willing to spend thousands to keep a beloved pet alive, than be like Melt or Heidi and laugh at the weakness of real love.

I’m proud to say I am the “winger” that kept ruining Melt’s day. But, I did not attack her until after several posts in which she refused to be civil. Melt likes to rant about how America is bad and our military is full of “baby killers”. But, I don’t think that bothers her when it’s one of her friends heading for the nearest Planned Parenthood!
Melt is an angry girl. Best steer clear!
