Taking kimkins to the extreme? Kimkins IS extreme. It’s a starvation diet. If you didn’t have an an eating disorder, Kimkins will give you one. For sure. My mental health is just fine. No aggression. I just don’t want people to try the kimkins diet, ever. There are other ways to lose weight.

Incredable Manuel Uribe was the heaviest person alive at over 1200 pounds and so morbidly obese he couldn’t get out of bed. Jimmy is celebrating the incredible job Manuel Uribe did in shedding so much weight not his diet plan His weight loss is a vastly different story from folk who find a diet on the net that they believe is healthy and it isn’t. Those are the folk who bloggers are reaching out to because last yr this time the only information a googler could find about kimkins was viral marketing blurbs Kimmer had placed with the fake pictures or her fake weight loss and the 34 fake success stories. Even the so called Articles which claimed to have been written by folk who were experts on her diet contained many false statements about her fake weight loss and lied about the authors experience with the diet. hard to be a kimkins expert 10 yrs when it didn’t exist 10 yrs ago.
Now a person hearing about the diet can do some research on the plan ( something thsy couldn’t do last yr) before they shelled out their money and learn it is nutrtionally bankrupt and not written by somebody who is 188 claiming to have safely shed 198 pounds in 11 moinths doing it but created by a still morbidly obese person who never maintained the weight loss caused by her plan for 7 yrs cause there was no loss to maintain.

You should be doing your own informational blogging about this scam.

Hey, ” Mayberry” that’s my user name anywhere I post, therefore spelled that way for a reason. This isn’t the only blog I post on (but is the only anti-kimkins one I have ever posted on) so there was not pun intended with my name.

You people becoming the spell check police now too? Talk about obsessive personalties, maybe you should reconsider getting some professional help.

Thanks for the plug Truth! I meant every single word of that. There is no way I, or any rational person, can be motivated over a long period of time by hate. I am motivated to do what others did for me and that’s educate about the dangers a diet like Kimkins poses. I just didn’t know how dangerous it was when I started. Thankfully, I didn’t give up on looking for answers.

Now, it’s my turn to be someone’s answer. If I can just get them to listen.

Manuel Uribe whom hopes to slim down to about 265 pounds and is following an even stricter daily diet of fish soup, one grapefruit, half an apple and 18 peanuts?

Now that makes KimKins Look Like A FEAST!
